TWO TOWERS & HARRY POTTER ALBUM RELEASE DATES ANNOUNCED

The sequel to this year's Oscar winning score - THE TWO TOWERS also by Howard Shore - will be released by Warner Records on December 9th. This is later than FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING, which arrived November 20th of last year. The reason for this is down to the sheer amount of recording undertaken in London over the past month or so.

As previously reported in the Knowing the Score column, no Ultimate Editions have yet been confirmed, but it looks like a safe bet there'll be one enormous box set coming your way once the trilogy has completed its cinematic tour of duty.

HARRY POTTER & THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS will also be released through Warners. It'll be out November 11th & features score from both John Williams and William Ross. See the current Knowing the Score column for more info.

I've been busy the past few days and haven't been able to watch for news. :(

(I'm already in love with the 1.5 minutes of TTT music on the trailer. :swoon:)

I hope the music really changes this year for CoS, keeping the feel but changing mood.
