I'll admit that I'm not into the whole fanfic thing. But I've had a few fanfic ideas ... and I like them as ideas, so I don't feel the need to flesh them out. (Anyone who wants to do it, though, can feel free to use my ideas.)

The Hogwarts sorting hat, which once famously declared, "I'll eat myself if you can find a smarter hat than me," is forced to do just that when Hermione *does* find a smarter hat. (Talk about putting your foot in your mouth! ;))

Ron didn't know how right he was when he said, "Lockhart'll sign anything if it stands still long enough." Now Gilderoy Lockhart has escaped from St. Mungo's ... and signed *everything*! :p
